Have you wondered if your child would like Forest School?

Come check it out at our Experience Forest School session. This is a 6-week un-parented session for children that are able to be independent in a class without a parent or caregiver.

Time: 9:45 am - 12:45 pm
Ages: 4-6 years old

Location: Highfield Farm, 1920 Highfield Cres SE
Class size: Maximum of 12 children; 1:6 min ratio of educators to children

Our Forest School Educators will offer open-ended play with curated materials, group meetings and time to explore and uncover the secrets of this natural space. The curriculum from week-to-week will emerge based on the children's interests and curiosities.

This class will be primarily outside. Children should come dressed for the weather with two (nut-free) snacks and a water or hot drink.

Children need to be independent in the bathroom. There are only porta-potty bathrooms on site.
It is best if they have had some previous experience in an un-parented class.
