A Forest School class for older children!

A cross curricular class that will be great for homeschoolers! Children will have meaningful opportunities to engage in literacy, art, physical education, social studies, health and life skills and science!
All Forest School sessions are based on the interest of the children and will emerge based on the questions and curiosities. This age group will be exposed to more tools (knives, saws, hand drills, fire-making) and woodland skills based on age-appropriateness and interest.

$216 + gst per child (6 sessions)

Children ages 6-10 years old (younger/older siblings can possibly attend as well)
Maximum of 16 children; min ratio of adult to child 1:8

9:45 am - 1:45 pm

Dates: Thursdays - Feb 20, 27, Mar 6, 13, 20, 27

Location - Highfield Regenerative Farm (1920 Highfield Cres SE, Calgary)

No refunds or withdrawals for this class. It is entirely outside. Shelter can be taken in the Farm greenhouse. A date will be rescheduled if the class is cancelled due to weather conditions.
